airwiseai offers AI-driven air conditioning solutions and climate device services designed for optimal comfort efficiency. Services include remote monitoring, installation, maintenance, and performance tuning. You may schedule a service appointment via our contact form. Scheduling changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel within this period, you may request a refund. Services that have commenced cannot be refunded. You may move a service appointment to another date at no extra charge within 30 days subject to availability.

3. Information Products

Digital guides and training materials on AI climate control are available for purchase. You may request a full refund within five calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product. After this period, all digital product sales are final due to the immediate access provided.

4. Goods

Physical climate control devices and accessories are shipped following your order. Unopened goods may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You must use the original packaging and contact us via the contact form to initiate the process. Custom or personalized devices are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Refund Policy

For all refund requests, please contact us through the contact form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval and issued to the original method of payment. Please note:

• Services: Refunds available only for cancellations made at least 48 hours before service commencement.
• Information Products: Full refunds within five days if not accessed.

Moved or swapd services do not incur additional charges, provided the request meets the above time frames. Non-refundable items and services are clearly identified at the time of purchase.
